摘要: We investigated the reliability of ratio RNA to DNA in juvenile Pelodiscus sinensis under moderate nutritional stress from lack sufficient protein. The control diet contained 45% Two experimental diets containing 40 and 35% protein were used trigger stress. One hundred fifty-six turtles randomly divided into three groups fed for 90 days. Four sampled each group on days 2, 4, 7, 15, 30, 45, 60, 75 trial their hepatic RNA:DNA was measured. Each turtle weighed 90. Obvious positive correlations between specific growth rate (SGR) found, which affected by dietary levels. exponential regression model relationship (x) SGR (y) y = 0.8001e0.3072x, 40% it 0.5374e0.4297x, 0.7867e0.369x. From day 7 until end trial, accurately distinguished differences among groups. suggest that is a sensitive quick indicator performance turtles, especially studies related
