摘要: Pharmacogenetics postulates that interindividual variations in drug response are due to subtle genetic differences with little or no obvious phenotypes except relevant drugs. Variations treatment responses, manifested as resistance adverse effects, could be polymorphisms genes controlling transport, metabolism, disposition, targets, cell signaling, cellular pathways. Research carried out recent years has allowed greater insight into the polymorphic content of and potential mechanisms by which inherited affect function. These developments have accelerated studies assessing association between gene variability responses. The identification contribute this may lead different schedules, allowing for a reduction side while improving maintaining efficacy treatment. This chapter will summarize control pharmacokinetic pharmacodynamic determinants acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL). majority these been performed pediatric population. Wherever available, data on adult patients is described well.
