摘要: Using Northern blotting and PCR analysis of cDNA derived from a range cell lines tissues, alternate splicing the cyclin D1 gene (CCND1) mRNA has been demonstrated. The variant transcript shows no at downstream exon 4 boundary, encoding protein with an altered carboxy-terminal domain. Investigation extracted mononuclear cells, lung tumour normal tissue suggests that both transcripts are invariably expressed. However, to produce two forms is modulated, in heterozygote, by frequent A/G polymorphism located within splice donor region 4. Preliminary patients resectable non-small cancer genotype associated shortened event free survival greater risk local relapse.
