摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing 2,6-dichloropurine, by which the 2,6-dichloropurine can be obtained in high yield, while inhibiting by-production of explosible methyl hypochlorite and like. SOLUTION: This comprises mixing 2,6-dithiopurine with hydrochloric acid to obtain an alcohol-free suspension, blowing chlorine suspension hydrochloride solution, cooling solution crystallize hydrochloride, suspending crystals water, raising pH ≥8 dissolve then adjusting 4 7 purify 2,6-dichloropurine.
