摘要: A process for easily and efficiently producing a 2,6-dihalogenopurine from an inexpensive starting material. The is characterized by causing diazotizing agent halogen source to act on 2-amino-6-halogenopurine having protective group in the 7- or 9-position. Also provided 9-acyl-2-amino-6-halogenopurine, acylating presence of base.
