摘要: Abstract purpose: Hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer (HNPCC) is characterized by increased risk for cancer, especially cancer. It has been recommended that colon control programs family members be expanded to include endometrial the commonest extracolonic observed in HNPCC families. We estimated age-specific and cumulative women at high HNPCC. patients methods: Family history data from three large registries were combined this study. High identified without regard Life table methods used calculate estimates of risk. results: One thousand eighteen 86 families included Cumulative incidence was 20% age 70, compared 3% general population. Risk highest most likely carry gene ( P conclusion: Interventions reduce morbidity mortality are justified levels observed. Prophylactic total hysterectomy bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy should who have a syndrome or offspring with Endometrial screening available Studies protocols needed.
