摘要: OBJECTIVE: To assess the association between microalbuminuria with ambulatory blood pressure monitoring in normotensive individuals insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus. METHODS: Thirty-seven patients underwent determination of rate urinary excretion albumin through radioimmunoassay and monitoring. Their mean age was 26.5±6.7 years, duration their disease 8 (1-34) years. Microalbuminuria defined as ³ 20 50% diastolic load > 30% during sleep associated (p=0.008). The drop did not differ groups. CONCLUSION: Microalbuminuric diabetic show greater value monitoring, these variables correlate albumin.
