摘要: The genera Dolichospermum (Ralfs ex Bornet et Flahault) Wacklin, L. Hoffm. Komarek and Sphaerospermopsis Zapomělova, Jezberova, Hrouzek, Hisem, K. Řehakova Komark.-Legn. represent a highly diversified group of planktonic cyanobacteria that have been recently separated from the traditional genus Anabaena Bory Flahault. In this study, morphological diversity, phylogeny 16S rRNA gene, production fatty acids, secondary metabolite profiles were evaluated in 33 strains 14 morphospecies isolated Czech Republic. Clustering based on gene sequences corresponded to wider groups species terms morphology. overall acid profiles, however, not correlated each other neither they nor morphology strains. Nevertheless, minor part detected metabolites (19% all compounds) was present only close relatives can be thus considered as autapomorphic features.
