摘要: Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were stimulated with phytohemagglutinin and tuberculin-purified protein derivative to determine if flow microfluorometric techniques had the sensitivity detect high low levels of blastogenic response. The deoxyribonucleic acid content was analyzed after culture. Blastogenic response found be measurable both sensitively reproducibly. Tritiated thymidine incorporation measurements also made. Preliminary experiments using inactivated Herpesvirion (type I) as a stimulant showed detectable by measurements. Refinements this technique may prove useful in study lymphocyte viral antigens patient populations.
