摘要: Mithramycin added to mammalian cells fixed in aqueous ethanol is bound DNA and fluoresces direct proportion the cellular content. Quantitative fluorescence measurement by means of a high-speed flow system instrument provides rapid method for cell-cycle analysis first time permits continuous monitoring kinetics during ongoing experiments.
