摘要: Abstract It has been known for some time that the pre-treatment of platinum electrodes often effects subsequent electrochemical reactions. Part effect is due to fact anodized or chemically oxidized become coated degree with a film oxide. This work was concerned quantitative measurement kinetic parameters as function extent oxide formation. Whenever possible, variations in reaction mechanisms are proposed. Most experimental evidence taken from current-potential curves but techniques chronopotentiometry and microscopy were also used. The reduction vanadiumV chromiumVI, arsenicV, iodate oxygen investigated well oxidation vanadiumIV, arsenicIII, oxalic acid, formic acid. presence effected reactions studied variety ways every case variation recorded. For number cases, modified bridge theory found useful.
