摘要: Abstract Several Pt on aluminum-stabilized magnesia (Mg(Al)O) catalysts with comparable metallic content and dispersion have been prepared. They however differ by their Mg/Al ratio support specific surface area. A model is proposed to explain the control of area ratio. 27 Al-MASNMR results indicate that Al(III) species occupy both tetrahedral octahedral sites in Mg(Al)O. The aromatization n-hexane provides some information role played support. Additional data obtained for other differing either nature noble metal (Pd) or (Zn(Al)O, Zn(Cr)O) confirm exceptional basic Mg(Al)O An unusually high selectivity aromatics observed Pd supported Al-stabilized MgO.
