摘要: We present distance determinations for two Local Group dwarf spheroidal galaxies, Carina and Fornax, based on the near-infrared magnitudes of tip red giant branch (TRGB). For we derive true moduli 20.09 20.13 mag in J K bands, respectively, while Fornax same modulus 20.84 was derived both filters. The statistical errors these are order 0.03-0.04 mag, whereas systematic uncertainties distances 0.12 band 0.14 band. obtained from TRGB method this paper agree very well with those galaxies optical calibrations method, their horizontal branches, RR Lyrae variables, clumps.
