摘要: This paper takes advantage of a new corruption measure across regions within country to the influence on public spending efficacy in education sector Indonesia, one most corrupt countries world. I find that has negligible effect outcomes highly regions, while it statistically significant, positive, and relatively large less regions. do not any direct outcomes, hence implying channel through which adversely affects system is reducing effectiveness spending.
