摘要: Abstract The project appraisal method in the Netherlands distinguishes direct effects, indirect distribution effects and generative effects. Transport models are generally available for calculating benefits of transport projects to travellers as part TIGRIS XL model, a Land-Use Interaction adds housing labour market, by modelling changes spatial jobs residents. This paper describes current model how it can be applied evaluation projects. It refers work done with improve calculation applying so-called ‘logsum’ method. Finally discusses ideas on extend address well. its integration National Model System (the standard tool Dutch government analyse passenger transport) basic design principles starting point such an exploration. These include: • emphasis detail, both well socio-economic segments, account differences availability choice alternatives behaviour, provide impacts region group; requirement that relationships used rest empirical foundation. post-processing methods proposed this consistent these principles. To calculate module is which transforms travel times land-use into agglomeration combine several like scale economies, increasing variety products, market matches knowledge spill-over. indicator productivity estimated existing data sources, was demonstrated UK ( Graham, 2005 ).
