摘要: Vicia root micronucleus assay was used to determine the clastogenicity of water samples from Xiaoqing River that passes through Jinan City. Positive results were obtained eight collecting sites. This indicates in most areas this river polluted with industrial waste and municipal sewage. Results study proves biomonitoring test is an efficient way assess quality river.
