摘要: The DNA damage and cytotoxicity induced by CdCl2 solutions soils anthropogenically contaminated with heavy metals were studied using the micronucleus (MN) test. Vicia faba, a plant model widely used in liquid exposure assays, was adapted for direct to solid phase. In addition, MN assay new wild system, white clover (Trifolium repens). results obtained after confirmed that V. faba root cells sensitive revealed T. repens not appropriate detection of micronuclei (although they highly cytotoxic effect CdCl2). Concerning observed (solid-phase exposure), frequency scores increased statistically significant dose-related manner compared control plants. Regarding cells, this phase is use assay.
