摘要: Abstract Fatigue analysis of mechanical components subjected to random loads has been recently upgraded through several developments calculation procedures, with the scope support designer within loading condition numerical simulation. Under such scenario, frequency domain approach is characterized by interesting features, which its adoption in alternative or conjunction classic time-domain approach, especially when applied for individuation component critical locations. The major goal this paper consists an overview about strength and weaknesses respect time one comparing reference methods their translation. A significant test case development will be shown, representing a automotive (chassis validation). Promising results method application presented, encouraging on large scale.
