摘要: In shrimp aquaculture, manufactured diets that include various supplements and alternative fishmeal ingredients are increasingly being used their effect on the gastrointestinal (GI) microbiota studied. However, dietary effects different GI samples not known. We investigated how a high (HFM) or low (LFM) diet affects bacterial communities from sample types collected Penaeus monodon tract. Bacterial of stomach, intestine tissue digesta were assessed using 16s rRNA gene sequencing. The feed pellets also as potential source bacteria in Results showed substantial differences between two well types. Within samples, stomach most impacted by diet, while community observed was less affected.
