摘要: Virologic failure seems to occur more frequently in HIV-infected patients treated with triple nucleoside analogue (NA) combinations than regimens including nonnucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors or protease inhibitors. However, the rate of and resistance profiles may differ distinct NA combinations. A retrospective review all individuals who received at our institution was conducted. defined as lack achievement plasma HIV-RNA <50 copies/ml week 16 following initiation antiretroviral therapy viral rebound subjects prior undetectable viremia.
