摘要: In this paper we analyzed the sequences of days without precipitation for period between years 1961 and 2000 12 stations located in area agriculture Argentina. We define term dry sequence n as a succession preceded followed by with greater than 0 2 millimeters. focus on study some characteristics sequences. The average length (2 mm) is 7 or 8 days, while maximum has variation 70 (east area) 140 (west area). specific analysis longest each year shows spatial temporal coherence that exists them; can detect water’s deficits. It discusses particular three periods two-months (october november, november december, december january), which include important stages main crops (wheat, corn soybeans, respectively), where lack water affect crop production. largest reach an 25 to 35 close days.
