摘要: Osteoarthritis (OA) is the most common form of arthritis joints. The stromal vascular fraction (SVF) a regenerative cell population that can be isolated from adipose tissue. It immunomodulatory properties make it promising candidate for treatment OA. Patients with grade 3 and 4 osteoarthritis were treated without platelet-rich plasma (PRP) followed up on their Knee Injury Outcome Score (KOOS) score 12 months, MRI subjective evaluation procedure. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) revealed widening joint space, restructuring cartilage, an alleviation effusions in In three four groups, substantial improvement KOOS scores was documented at 12-month follow-up time point. According to evaluation, 67% patients satisfied or very procedure would recommend others. No serious adverse events unwanted side effects related SVF observed reported. Prior invasive artificial replacement, arthritic knee joints intraarticular injection autologous tissue-derived should considered option.
