摘要: A congestion-responsive VoIP system according to the present invention can minimize an increase in transmission traffic by simplifying of congestion data and avoid degradation speech quality avoiding proactively, enabling a repeater IP network connecting plurality terminals add 1 or 0 packets be transmitted terminals; receive with detect condition based on data; call set-up part determine selectively coding method condition.
