摘要: The present invention relates to an arrangement for improving the speech quality, especially VoIP (Voice over IP) calls, which comprises a Transceiver and Rate Adapter Unit (TRAU) in encoded signal from Mobile Station (MS) is transcoded, purpose of reducing necessary encoding/decoding thereby avoiding detorioration also reduction bandwidth, it according suggested that said means either putting TRAU transparent mode or letting be bypassed altogether.
