摘要: An electron beam melting furnace includes a hearth, mold, an gun for keeping metal as molten state, controller controlling direction of the beam, image sensor metal, and operating device. A method step inputting emitting coordinates in controller, detecting high intensity spot by sensor, calculating based on detected signal device, differences between emission spot, difference location spot.
