摘要: Capillary electrophoresis combined with semiconductor laser-induced fluorometry was applied to an immunoassay of human serum albumin. Human albumin labeled a fluorescent molecule (Cy5), which has absorption maximum at 649 nm. The purified by ultrafiltration in order reduce signals, are unreacted labeling reagent, product, and fragment products derived therefrom. After the purification, no signal for reagent detectable electropherogram then reacted anti-albumin form immunocomplex, separated from excess free competitive used determination controlled sample, using obtained value found be 0.21±0.02 mg/ml, is good agreement other known values.
