摘要: The aim of the study was to evaluate latent structure DSM-IV schizotypal personality disorder (SPD) diagnostic criteria. sample consisted 564 consecutively admitted inpatients and outpatients. Exploratory class analysis identified a four-class model as best fitting for SPD first classes mainly characterized by odd thinking, inappropriate affect, interpersonal features; second cognitive/perceptual difficulties; third paranoid fourth absence features. conditional probability pattern solution could be safely replicated across confounder strata. Unlike previous findings, oddness, aloofness, social withdrawal, rather than positive symptoms, even in clinical samples.
