摘要: The aim of Regenerative Medicine is to replace or regenerate human cells, tissues organs in order restore normal function. Among all organs, the liver endowed with remarkable regenerative capacity. Nonetheless, there are conditions which this ability impaired, and use isolated including stem being considered as a possible therapeutic tool for management chronic hepatic disease. Placenta holds great promise field medicine. It has long been used treatment skin lesions ophthalmology, due its modulate inflammation promote healing. More recently, cells from amniotic membrane resource tissue regeneration, context Two cell types can be easily amnion: epithelial (hAEC) mesenchymal stromal (hAMSC). However only first population demonstrated source proficient cells. This review will summarize current knowledge on differentiation hAEC into their potential application.
