摘要: We report the observation of intersubband AC-Stark effect in a single wide GaAs/AlGaAs quantum well. In three-level configuration, n = 2 to n = 3 transition is resonantly pumped at 3.5 THz using free-electron laser. The induced spectral changes are probed THz time-domain spectroscopy with broadband pulse extending up 4 THz. observe an Autler-Townes splitting 1 − 2 as well indication Mollow triplet 2 − 3 transition, both evidencing dressed states. For longer delay times, relaxation hot-electron system time constant around 420 ps measured.
