摘要: A general theoretical model was developed to predict the creep deformation and its effect on stress relaxation distribution in multilayer systems under residual external bending. Based proposed solution, a simplified solution for special case of one film layer substrate is also presented. Finite element analysis carried out validate presented model. Good agreements were observed between finite simulation prediction In addition, effects thickness strain distribution, neural axis location bilayer assembly subjected combination bending discussed.
