摘要: Abstract The technical application of layered functional ceramic components is challenged by curvature effects and residual stresses originating mostly from the thermal mismatch or chemical strains joined materials. Based on general solution for elastic deformation monolithic multilayered materials determination stress linear bi-material specimens with strains, reduction in stiffness, shape variations, gradients modulus expansion outlined. use relationships exemplified solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) membrane For SOFCs changes are considered resulting anode crystallization a glass–ceramic sealant semi-spherical shape. gas separation membranes which currently under development fossil power plants effect assessed. limits using analytical addressed warpage thin, rectangular SOFCs.
