摘要: In the present work, solidified floating organic drop microextraction assisted by ultrasound is proposed as preconcentration system for determination of trace amounts nickel, cobalt and copper FAAS. The main parameters such pH, concentration TAN, extraction time, sample phase volume nature solvent were optimized. This has allowed with a limit detection (LOD) 0.03, 0.04 0.03 μg g−1 quantification (LOQ) 0.10, 0.13 0.10 g−1. precision expressed relative standard deviations (R.S.Ds) 3.2, 2.8 2.6 cobalt, respectively. Accuracy was confirmed analytes in reference materials, NIST SRM tomato leaves 1573a 1577 bovine liver samples, spike tests, recoveries ranging from 96 to 104%. procedure applied tin oyster fish samples.
