摘要: The objective of the present study was to elucidate whether luteolytic prostaglandin F(2alpha) (PGF) plays roles in regulating nitric oxide (NO) generating system luteal endothelial cells (LECs). Reverse transcriptase PCR, immunoblotting and immunostaining revealed presence PGF receptor mRNA (521 bp) protein (64 kDa) cultured LECs obtained from mid-stage corpus luteum. When were exposed 0.1 microM-10 microM PGF, NO production significantly stimulated by at 24 h. 1 for 2, 6 h, did not affect expressions synthase (eNOS) protein. On other hand, expression inducible NOS (iNOS) (P<0.05) 2 but By observing conversion [(3)C](L)-arginine [(3)C](L)-citrulline, we found that activity h (P<0.05). overall findings indicate bovine are a target stimulates iNOS LECs. Stimulation may result increasing local followed luteolysis.
