摘要: The bovine corpus luteum (CL) is hypothesized to utilize a local auto-amplification system for prostaglandin (PG) F2α production. objective of the present study was determine if such PGF2α exists in CL, and so, which factors regulate it. significantly stimulated intra-luteal production all luteal phases, but did not affect PGE2 stimulatory effect exogenous on CL lower at early phase. Indomethacin, an inhibitor prostaglandin-endoperoxide synthase (PTGS), suppressed PGF2α-stimulated by tissue, indicating that medium origin. Consistent with these secreted-PGF2α profiles, receptor (PTGFR) protein expression higher during mid late phases than developing phases. Treatment cultured cells obtained from mid-luteal phase (1 µM) increased expressions PTGS2, PGF (PGFS), carbonyl reductase1 (CBR1) 24 hr post-treatment. Together, results suggest presence mediated PGFS, CBR1 may play important role luteolysis.
