摘要: The proportion of CD4- CD8- double-negative (DN) alpha beta T cells is increased both in the thymus and peripheral lymphoid organs TCR chain-transgenic mice. In this report we have characterized cell population to elucidate its relationship gamma delta cells. We show that transgenic DN are phenotypically similar but distinct from NK precursors neither rearranged endogenous genes nor been negatively selected by MIsa antigen, suggesting they originate a differentiation stage before onset chain rearrangements CD4/CD8 gene expression.
