摘要: Abstract: Idiopathic retroperitoneal fibrosis is exceedingly uncommon in childhood and its etiology uncertain. Support for an immunological basis the disease given by a report of 14-year-old girl with severe causing progressive azotemia whom azathioprineand prednisolone were used successfully.
