摘要: To study the role of serum lipoproteins in immune hemolysis, human was depleted by centrifugation at a density 1.21. The raised to this value addition NaBr. Treatment with high concentrations NaBr, KI or KSCN found inactivate C′3, C′4 and C′5. same salts produced inactivation changes physicochemical properties purified Lipoprotein-depleted fully active hemolysis after No lipid could be detected components.
