摘要: In this study, a reactive UV-absorber (UV-DTHM) was synthesized by the reaction of 2,4-dihydroxy benzophenone with 2,4,6-trichlorotriazine and showed excellent ultraviolet absorption property good thermostability. Using pad-dry-steam process, UV-DTHM grafted into bleached cotton fabric through covalent surface modification fibers. The optimal finishing conditions, such as amount catalyst, temperature bath, steaming time concentration UV-DTHM, were discussed. UV-DTHM-modified fabrics characterized FTIR spectroscopy, SEM protection factor (UPF), etc. It found that highest value UPF, 46.5, can be obtained in conditions 60 °C, 2 % owf dipping 60 min, UPF remained constant still more than 30 after thirty consecutive launderings, which strong anti-UV performance fairly durability.
