摘要: The end-to-end anastomosis by stapling for left colonic and rectal resections is proving to be a relatively safe fast procedure. Results of survey the American Society Colon Rectal Surgeons reveals 15.1 per cent intraoperative complications, 3.7 early postoperative 0.5 deaths, 13.8 late complications. majority stenosis incontinence, were either subclinical or transient most patients. Technique prevention complications are stressed.
