摘要: Thyroid disorders, including thyroid cancer and autoimmune diseases, have been closely associated with inflammation. This study aims to investigate the role of inflammation in disease by assessing serum cytokine levels patients malignant benign conditions. Serum ten interleukins (IL-1β, IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-7, IL-8, IL-10, IL-12 IL-13) were quantitatively determined 20 cancer, 38 50 healthy controls multiplex technology. IL-1β, IL-5 IL-6 strongly each other. IL-10 correlated Age was inversely IL-4 IL-13. A positive correlation between T3 IL-13 also observed. Significantly higher IL-13, as well significantly lower IL-8 observed compared controls. The combination a two-marker panel highly efficient discriminating disorders (AUC 0.90). Malignant conditions are altered expression interleukins, supporting association underlying inflammatory processes.
