摘要: Abstract The energy loss of fast protons, with E >100 keV, specularly reflected on a solid surface glancing angle incidence the order mrad is analysed theoretical grounds. Two different contributions can be distinguished: i) losses originating from interaction valence band, accounted for through an induced force, and ii) excitation electron bound states target atoms. results are compared available experimental data.
