摘要: We have isolated a cDNA encoding ovary trehalase of the silkworm, Bombyx mori. Sequence analyses revealed that contains 3143 nucleotides and comprises 579 amino acids, including cleavable signal sequence five potential N-glycosylation sites. Northern blot analysis showed 3.0 kb transcript in developing ovaries carrying membrane-bound trehalase. A single copy gene was present haploid genome silkworm.
