摘要: The size fractionation of a humic acid (HA) by high performance exclusion chromatography (HPSEC) was used as proxy for the filtration effect during HA transport through porous medium with minimum specific chemical interactions. modification Eu(III)-HA complexes' formation different size-fractions, compared to bulk HA, studied in time-resolved luminescence spectroscopy (TRLS). Clear modifications structures were shown and related molecular characteristics separated size-fractions. properties most size-fractions did not induce major alteration affinity towards Eu(III). Only hydrophilic fractions eluted tail chromatographic peak, representing about 11% total fractions-weight, gave some significantly parameters. Using simplistic complexation model, it found that available sites decreased reduction fractions.
