摘要: The physicochemical properties of drug molecules in a mixture with controlled-pore glass (CPG) were studied by using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and powder X-ray diffraction. DSC data indicated the presence three states benzoic acid CPG mixtures below 500 A^^° pore diamter. proportions varied content also diamter CPG. amount crystalline fraction increased increasing diameter When was mixed different diameters (CPG120 CPG1000), it found that aicd preferentially interacted small diameter.
