摘要: Abstract Silica gel was used as core particles to design a simple preparation for controlled delivery system with high drug content. Drug loading carried out by immersing the silica in pre-heated solution or suspension. HPLC, SEM, DSC, PXRD analysis and N 2 adsorption studies evaluated drug-loading process. In next step, drug-loaded coated hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) an aqueous dispersion of ethylcellulose (Aquacoat ® ) control release. The release profile determined using dissolution test. results showed that could adsorb great quantities drug, up about 450 mg/g, repetition Evaluation process indicates deposition pores occurs during efficacy is strongly related solubility. On other hand, test be polymer coating gel. An HPMC undercoating effectively suppresses release, it smoothes surface aids formation continuous Aquacoat film. floating property also observed
