摘要: The blister blight disease caused by the fungus, Exobasidium vexans has serious implications on quality of tea production. however, been poorly studied and hence there is very limited information pathogen as such pathogenesis infection. One major roadblocks in understanding E. obligate biotrophic nature fungus which limits establishment maintenance vitro cultures. To address this issue, a Central Composite Design based Response Surface Methodology (RSM) was adopted to study modification three fungal culture media viz. czapek dox, potato dextrose, v8 juice, effect altered composition growth conditions compositions were assessed. response parameter for RSM experiments mycelial biomass produced under different conditions. uni bi-parametric interactions among experimental variables provided basis statistically optimized maximal growth. thus presents recommended modifications existing that can lead successful
