摘要: Low-temperature germinability (LTG) is an important trait for rice direct seeding at temperate and high-altitude region. Previously, five QTLs (quantitative loci) LTG were detected using interspecific cross population between the Korea japonica cultivar Hwaseong Oryza rufipogon (IRGSP#105491). O. alleles all loci increased germination rate 13℃ condition. In this study, we tried to confirm fine-map qLTG1 located on short arm of chromosome 1. To map qLTG1, two introgression lines, TR5 TR20 crossed develop F2:3 populations. QTL analysis confirmed existence it explained 55.5% 29.9% phenotypic variation in populations, respectively. Substitution mapping informative recombinant lines indicated that was 167-kb region SSR markers RM10310 RM10326. This segment harbored 18 genes with nine them annotated specific gene function. addition, associated increase spikelets per panicle background. The results strongly indicate will be a valuable source improving low-temperature yield. our knowledge, first report considering no has not been reported near from other biparental
