摘要: Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinomas continue to have the worst prognosis of any adult malignancy with a five-year survival rate less than 4%. One approach improve patient from pancreatic cancer is identify new biological targets that contribute aggressive pathogenecity this disease and develop reagents will interfere function these targets. Apart identification genetic profile cancer, number studies focused on aberrant cell signaling pathways their role in biology response therapy. This review, although not comprehensive, discuss salient features several pathways. These include roles TGF beta both tumor suppression promotion effects deregulation phosphotyrosine kinase receptor cancer.
