Survival, growth fatty acid profiles studied. In trial 1, (n‐3) requirement estimated using supplemented not methyl linolenate cod liver oil. After days, the best survival observed in unsupple‐mented [(n‐3) level: 0.05%]. Survival improved by higher levels acids. 2, (n‐6) graded linoleate peanut obtained 0.25% (total 1 %) 1.25% oil 0.89%).
