摘要: Abstract We investigated the influence of negative pressure on electrical conductivity, Seebeck coefficient, and power factor Sb 2 Te 3 . performed first-principles calculations with linearized-augmented plane-wave method considering hydrostatic in range from zero to −2 GPa doping for electrons holes up 10 20 cm −3 Our results predict a significant increase coefficient under certain concentrations.
